Wow! Too difficult to pick one - although 'Comfortably Numb' - by Pink Floyd - comes close. Favourite bands/solo artists include:- Pink Floyd, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, REM, Radiohead, Coldplay, Leonard Cohen, Van Morrison and most things from the 60s. Operas by Verdi and Puccini, current favourite opera is still Gounod's Faust. Finally lots of classical music esp, Handel's Messiah, Faure's requiem, Mozart's Requiem, Beethoven's 9th, Ave Maria and Gorecki's 3rd..... and lots of bits and pieces. I like some modern music likeTrance but not much else from the 1990's onwards.... ; however I like Scooter. I've also discovered Fado and enjoy that. Recently I have been listening to Tom Waits. Also discovered Arcade Fire and enjoying same.

Hobbies

Hill Walking and cycling. Learning new things. Reading. Researching on the Apple Mac Computer. Local history. The Internet. Quizzes. Watching most sports. Definitely NOT painting and decorating and other jobs around the house eg putting up shelves etc. Love my Sky+! Back into gardening again.
